Centrepoint Shopping Mall was opened in 1983 and remained until it was renamed “The Centrepoint,” in 2006. Its primary usage is for shop rental, sale, and other commercial purposes. It is an 8-floor, with 2 basements and 6 storey-building with 180 stores seated on 53, 562 m² total retail floor area.
Nearby schools to Centrepoint include Anglo-Chinese School (Junior), St Margaret’s Primary School, and Chatsworth International School – Orchard Campus. There are amenities located in neighboring buildings like CocoIchibanya Curry House at 313@Somerset and McDonalds Fast Food Restaurant.
